The workbook contains 200 invoice rows, a status dropdown and automatic totals for invoiced, paid, outstanding and overdue amounts.
An invoice tracker is a lightweight register of what you billed, when payment is due and whether the invoice has been paid. It is useful when full accounting software is unnecessary but missed follow-ups still cost time and cash.
Totals sum invoice amounts by status. Overdue means an invoice is not marked Paid and its due date is earlier than today. Cancelled invoices remain visible and are currently counted as outstanding until removed.
