What is a product pricing calculator?

A product pricing calculator turns per-unit costs, selling fees and a desired margin into a minimum selling price. It is useful when marketplace fees, packaging and fulfillment costs make simple cost-plus pricing inaccurate.

How to use it

Enter product, packaging, shipping and other per-unit costs.
Enter the marketplace or payment fee as a percentage.
Choose the profit margin you want to keep after costs and fees.

How the calculation works

The tool adds all per-unit costs, then solves for the selling price after reserving part of that price for fees and target margin. Fee plus target margin must remain below 100%.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Calculator values stay in your browser. Analytics sends only the tool name, language and a fixed event type.

Does the Excel file contain macros?

No. The workbook uses normal cells, formulas and formatting only.

Can I use the Excel file offline?

Yes. Download it once and keep using it without this website.

Can I change the currency?

Yes. Select USD, EUR, RUB, or GBP on the page or in the Excel workbook. Changing the currency only changes the unit label, not the amounts or exchange rate.
